Shipping policy

Wilbur Willows is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. 

All orders to be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation of purchase. We will send you a notification when your order has been shipped by us. 

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping rates will be a flat rate of $9.95, excluding bulky or heavy items will be a $30.00 fee. Please let us know if you would like express shipping and we will then advise on a price.

Free pick up instore, orders to be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation of purchase. We will send you a notification when your order can be picked up from us when we are open.
